This public house is the closest of all pubs and restaurants to
Well'i'hole Farm, in fact it is less than five
minutes walk away, situated at the corner of the
crossroads of
Manchester Road and Well'i'hole Road. The Royal George
has a large function room with a capacity for 100
guests enjoying a buffet meal, or 70-80 guests
enjoying a sit-down meal. Their function room hosts
many entertainment nights, such as Band Concerts,
Murder Mystery Nights, and other regular theme
nights. There is a large car park which has spaces
for 85 cars. Other features include disabled access,
smoking policy and beer garden. Full catering is
available all day.

This lovely Indian restaurant is a couple of minutes down the road
from The Royal George, on the same side of the road,
towards Mossley. There is a lovely atmosphere for
eating-in at the restaurant, but they also run a
takeaway service. The restaurant has a car park.

serving home cooked food, daily specials, bar
snacks, Sunday lunch, and traditional fayre. With
